CBSE has postponed the Shahjahanpur career counseling program scheduled for 19 August due to a flood advisory. Revised dates will be announced soon.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the postponement of its upcoming orientation program on entrance exams and career pathways, originally scheduled for 19 August 2025 at Seth M. R. Jaipuria School in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
The decision comes in response to an advisory issued by the Sharda Canal Division, Shahjahanpur, warning of rising river water levels in the region. With student and attendee safety as a priority, CBSE has opted to delay the event until further notice.
CBSE has assured stakeholders that the revised dates will be communicated soon. Schools, students, and parents are advised to monitor official CBSE communications or check Edzy’s updates for the latest information.
