Welcome to Edzy, operated by Paraheights Technologies Private Limited. In these Terms, 'Edzy' means Paraheights Technologies Private Limited and 'Services' means Edzy's websites, mobile applications, products, features, learning tools, and related services. Edzy provides the Services subject to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy. Please read them before using the Services. Where a feature enables community or user-to-user communication, its use is also subject to the Community Guidelines. These Terms apply to your use of the Services, subject to applicable law and any parent/guardian consent or school/institutional authorization that may be required. Continued use of the Services after an updated version is made available may signify acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Access to and Use of the Services

Edzy grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Site and the Service. This license does not include any downloading or copying of any kind of information for the benefit of another individual, vendor or any other third party; caching, unauthorized hypertext links to the Site and the framing of any Content available through the Site uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that you do not have a right to make available (such as the intellectual property of another party); uploading, posting, or transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; any action that imposes or may impose (in Edzy's sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Edzy's infrastructure; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You may not bypass any measures used by Edzy to prevent or restrict access to the Site. Any unauthorized use by you shall terminate the permission or license granted to you by Edzy. Eligibility

Edzy's Services are designed for school-age learners, including students in Classes 6–12. A person under the age of majority may use the Services only where permitted by applicable law and subject to parent or guardian consent, school or institutional authorization, or other requirements that apply to that person or feature. Edzy does not establish a universal minimum age through this section. The Services are not available to users whose access has been suspended or removed by Edzy. Users may not have more than one active account unless Edzy permits otherwise, and may not sell, trade, or transfer an account to another person.

Your Account

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when requested through the Services and to keep it updated. If information you provide is materially inaccurate or incomplete, or Edzy reasonably suspects misuse, Edzy may restrict or terminate access as permitted by these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential, using appropriate care with devices through which you access your account, and notifying Edzy of unauthorized account use or another security concern. For a user who is a minor, these Terms do not represent that the user independently has legal capacity to enter a binding contract; any consent or authorization required by applicable law must be provided by a parent, guardian, school, or other authorized person. You grant Edzy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt as technically necessary, display, and transmit the content to provide, operate, protect, and improve the Services and as otherwise permitted by your settings or instructions. This license lasts for as long as the content is processed for those purposes and as needed for permitted backups, safety, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. User-Generated Content includes messages, text, images, files or attachments where supported, profile information, shared material, and other content that you submit or make available through the Services. You grant Edzy the rights reasonably necessary to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and otherwise process that content to operate, provide, protect, and improve the Services, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy. Applicable features may provide reporting, blocking, or other safety controls. Edzy may investigate reports, review reported content and relevant context, and use automated systems or authorized personnel to identify or assess suspected violations. Edzy does not necessarily proactively or routinely review every private communication.

Community Standards and Enforcement

Edzy may take reasonable action in response to suspected violations, considering severity, context, prior conduct, risk to users, and applicable legal or safety obligations. Actions may include no action where a violation is not established, a warning, removal or restriction of content, restriction of communication features, temporary restriction or suspension, termination of an account, or other appropriate measures. Edzy is not required to apply these actions in a fixed order and may take immediate action where the circumstances warrant it. Serious child-safety concerns may be escalated where required by law or necessary to protect users. Users may report content or users, and may block users where that control is available. Intentionally abusive or fraudulent reports may themselves violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

Survival of Terms After Agreement Ends

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this T&C, or any general legal principles to the contrary, any provision of this T&C that imposes or contemplates continuing obligations on a party will survive the expiration or termination of this T&C.

The failure of Edzy to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. Edzy does not guarantee it will take action against all breaches of these Terms. Except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms. These Terms constitute the agreement between you and Edzy and govern your use of the Services, superseding prior agreements between you and Edzy with respect to the Services.
