Reminder to all affiliated schools, stating that Today, September 30, 2025, is the last day for the submission of the List of Candidates (LOC) with the normal fee. The board is pushing for immediate action from all principals to ensure compliance before the deadline closes.
The communication, signed by Dr. Sanyam Bhardwaj, Controller of Examinations
stressed the critical requests previously outlined in the LOC Circular dated August 27, 2025. Principals must ensure the following three points are met immediately:
Submit Correct Student Data: Accurate and error-free details of all students must be uploaded.
Verify Subject Choices: The LOC must correctly reflect the subjects opted for by the students.
Submit within Schedule: The LOC must be submitted today, as per the established timeline, to avoid late fees or procedural hurdles later.
The LOC is the official document through which CBSE-affiliated schools register their Class 10th and 12th students for the board examinations. It is a foundational step that provides the board with comprehensive data required for all subsequent examination-related activities, including exam centre mapping, admit card generation, and roll number allocation.
Accurate submission is non-negotiable. Any errors in names, dates of birth, or subjects on the LOC can lead to major complications for students during and after the board exams, potentially delaying their results and future admissions. Schools must treat this final submission deadline with utmost seriousness.
To ensure that no affiliated school misses this crucial deadline, the CBSE has broadly disseminated the "Reminder 8" circular. Copies have been sent to the heads of major educational and governmental organizations across India, requesting them to circulate the information to all schools under their jurisdiction.
The list of recipients includes key institutions like the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) , Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) , and various state and union territory Directorates of Education. Furthermore, all
Regional Directors/Regional Officers of CBSE have been directed to ensure every principal in their region receives and acts on this final notice. The circular has also been directed to the Web Admin for immediate posting on the official CBSE Website
